		Shipping Policy Do you ship merchandise internationally? Yes we will ship merchandise internationally.  However you the customer will have to decide how you want the merchandise to be shipped and at what cost.   U. S. Shipping & Delivery The Shipping Method is determined by YOU, the customer since you are paying for it.  ‘the’ Book Barn ships merchandise mainly using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service's (UPS) "Ground" shipping methods. When shipping with USPS Delivery Conformation is required on all packages. UPS insures their shipments and has continued to offer very competitive rates. ‘the’ Book Barn will ship to whatever address that you want.  Additionally, top quality packaging materials are used to protect our customer's merchandise while in transit. We do try to take all necessary steps to insure the safety of each item shipped. Delivery Timeline You should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed. This allows for 24 to 48 hours to package and process your order. In the unlikely event your order is delayed, ‘the’ Book Barn will contact you immediately via e-mail or phone.  A tracking number as well as shipment details are available upon request, seventy-two (72) hours after order is placed.

We realize, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item; or you may receive a refund of the purchase price. Also, if you received an item as a gift, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. All returned merchandise must be unused, and in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by either using our Contact Form, email at bookbarn@wcnet.net, or by phone at 1-361-588-7424. Please provide us with your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RA number). This number must be written on the return shipping label. Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with your return. If this is not available, please include a letter with your name and order number. Upon receiving your return, we will credit you the cost of the item (shipping charges are not refundable). Only the card used to make the original purchase will be credited.
